Picture of George Armstrong Custer on a Horse

This is a great picture of Custer Riding a Horse.  The picture was taken near Falmouth, Virginia.  At the time, Custer was a Captain.  He is on the left, and on the right is General Alfred Pleasonton.  The picture was taken by Timothy O'Sullivan.  It was made in late 1862, or early 1863.
