Rebel Flag

This photograph is a nice color picture of the Rebel Battle Flag. The flag would more accurately be referred to the Battle Flag of the Army of Northern Virginia, or the Confederate Battle Flag. While this flag is popularly associated with the Confederate States of America, it was always a battle flag, and never actually was the Confederate National Flag, although in later years, elements of this flag were incorporated into the National Flag.
