Serving Tamales

We have received many wonderful emails from people about this site. Some have requested a printer friendly version of the recipe, so they can conveniently take a print out into the kitchen, and be able to read the instructions as they make the tamales. We have prepared a really nice, printer version of the recipe for you, and can email it to you. We would ask that you consider supporting the site, and provide a $5 contribution by credit card using the link below. Upon receipt of your payment, we will email the printer friendly version to you. You can then easily print out the recipe, and keep it in the kitchen with you, or put it in your favorite recipe notebook. We appreciate your help!

This site is dedicated to the Loving Memory of Goya Pina, who taught me how to cook tamales, and many other delicious Mexican Food dishes.  She died in 1998 at the age of 78.
